Project Objective

The aim of the “Implementing Innovation at ELSERWIS Sp. z o.o.” project was to enhance the company’s competitiveness by introducing a nationally innovative product and expanding both its technical capabilities and organizational infrastructure.

This investment allowed ELSERWIS to execute more complex and demanding projects for clients in the professional power and industrial sectors. It also improved project delivery times and increased the precision, reliability, and quality of the services provided.

 

The project included the acquisition of fixed assets and intangible assets necessary for implementing cutting-edge solutions in power automation and electrical system design, including:

 

  • Protection relay test system
  • Three-phase relay testing equipment
  • GPS antennas
  • Primary injection test set for substation equipment
  • High-voltage line impedance measurement device
  • Engineering software for electrical design and planning
  • Network firewall
  • Server for network services
  • Network switches and Wi-Fi access points
  • Workstations for 3D electrical design
  • Large-format plotter with document folding system

 

Target Group

The primary beneficiaries of the project were clients from across Poland in the power utility and industrial sectors, who gained access to modern, high-performance services.

The project also addressed the needs of current and future employees of ELSERWIS Sp. z o.o. by supporting the development of technical competencies and creating new job opportunities — including green jobs that promote sustainable energy practices.
